EDUCATION LAW

Education law is still the main type of work we do, accounting for over 50% of our fee-earning time.  This has been going on for 18 years now, enabling us to develop our skills to become one of the leading advisers for parents and children.  We also handle a limited number of  cases involving further and higher education.  We anticipate that there are going to be administrative and legal problems associated with the abolition of the Learning and Skills council and the move towards more responsibility upon the LEAs from 1st April 2010   [See the LSC news page]
